Preheat oven to 350° F.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinamon
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1tsp. lemon peel
Combine 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and cinimon. Cut in butter with two knives until course (resembling corn meal). Combine peaches, lemon juice, lemon peel, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour. Spoon into greased 9 inch square dish. Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches. Bake covered for 14 minutes. Remove cover and bake 35 to 45 minutes longer.
Yield: 8 servings (2 if you're greedy)
